    1. Why do I have to pay to use the program more than 30 days or to disable the nagscreen?
    The small amount that we ask you to use our programs without limitations represent your appreciation for our products therefore a motivation for us to continue improving the products or develop new products. Each profession (without exceptions) it is practised to earn a livig and that is basicaly what we are trying to do, just like any other software company.

    2. How do I pay for a license ?
    The licenses can be bought using our payment provider, Avangate.com. Our payment provider avangate can offer the following payment methods:

    3. How about if I want multiple licenses ?
    A maximum amount of 20 licenses can be purchased online from our quick shopping cart, just select from the Quantity drop box how many licenses you want and click on the "buy now" image button. If you wish a larger amount of licenses please contact us at sales@rlbyte.com and tell us the number of licenses you wish and we will contact you back. You will also receive a discount.

    4. Can I get a refund ?
    Our policy doesn't allow refunds. Each of our programs has a trial/demo/nagware verison wich allows the users to use the program and see if it suit their needs or not. We advise our customers to try our products before buying.

    5. What do I do if I don't receive the serial number by email ?
    If you didn't receive the serial number by email (bulk/spam folder included) after your order was successfully placed please contact our payment provider, Avangate B.V., on the 24/7 hotline for shopper support: Tel: +31 88 000 0008 (24 hour support). Also you can contact us with your order details at support@rlbyte.com, to confirm if your order was received and successfully processed by us.
